It was a beautiful September evening at the Overlook at Daniels Park where close family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. This simple wedding had no match for the love and excitement of these two had for each other and their wedding day. With the slow transition from summer into fall in place, the light breeze, rays of sunlight as the sun was setting, and the overlook of the green lush mountains in the background was the perfect scene for their special day. Greg and Michaela each hold special testimonies that edifies just how their relationship and teamwork was fully brought to light by the Holy Spirit. Although are not from the Denver area, fate and prayer brought them together in the classroom at Denver Seminary last year and they knew very quickly they were meant to spend the rest of their life together proven to them by the Holy Spirit. It was evident how incredible these two people are as we were the witnesses of the first reveal before the ceremony. Quickly Samuel and Kayla were in tears as this special moment reminded them about their own relationship and testimony together. (Don't worry, there were plenty of times during the ceremony that Samuel and Kayla cried.)
As close family and friends gathered together on the overlook (with COVID guidelines in place), the air filled with peace, laughter, and tears. (And it wasn't because the sun was in our eyes as it set.) This small community of people represented the support and love they have for this special couple.
Greg and Michaela met here in Denver and hold a special place in Samuel and Kayla's heart. It was a honor to witness and capture their most unforgettable moments on the best day of their life. Their memoir will always hold laughter, tears, and love for the Lord.
